REQUIREMENTS :

- Applicants must be at least a High school graduate or College level

- Preferred with 6 months of Call Center (BPO) experience

- Good to Excellent communication skills are a must

- Has a good customer service orientation

- Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs

- Willing to work in Ayala, Makati

RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by the customer

- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
