Accounting Staff in Sto Tomas Batangas

Must have one year accounting experience preferably in Japanese Company and manufacturing set-up

Job Description :

1. Formulate and implement accounting policies and procedure

2. Liasee to all government agencies

3. Responsible in managing companys business operations permits and licenses

4. Review and administer the accounting payroll, insurance and taxation

5. Managing accounts receivable and accounts payable including checking and matching irregularities

6. To contribute to the overall leadership, strategic planning and management and CIPC

7. Ensure accurate, complete and timely financial and management reporting including monthly PL & BS

8. Continues review of all financial polices and internal control for cost efficiencies

9. To lead in re-checking of inventory stocks every end of the month

10. Evaluating profitability of income streams and potential for cost efficiencies

11. Managing the fixed assets account

12. To analyze the cost variance

13. Responsible in all general aspect of accounting

14. To support the top management in attaining goals and objectives
