Job description:

Purchasing Staff in Sto Tomas Batangas

Must have one year Purchasing experience preferably in Japanese Company and manufacturing set-up

Job Description :

1. Select vendors, place orders, and arrange service contract.

2. Follow up orders to ensure that materials are shipped and delivered on promised dates.

3. Record and follow up files of purchases, shipments, and other related matters.

4. Maintains files of descriptions of available supplies.

5. Coordination with accounting team for payment to suppliers.

6. May inspect products received for quality and quantity to ensure adherence to specifications.

7. Responsible for suppliers' coordination on the delivery of ordered items & follow up on pending items.

8. Handling local and international supplier as assigned.

9. Responsible for PO generation from TOMATO system.

10. Perform other purchasing related task that maybe assigned by immediate superior time to time.
