Job Title: Project Lead (Payroll)

Day Shift

Qualification Required

-Education: Graduate of any 4-year Business Administration or Business Management, Finance, or Communications.

-Work Experience: Must have background with Fintech Industry. Knowing its trades, trends, and potential market. Project Management Certification is preferred but not required. Must have experience working at a Fintech Industry focusing on Payroll or Prepaid Card acquisition. Must have at least 3 years work experience in Sales, Business Development and other related fields.

-Highly fluent with the Fintech Market and can identify company opportunities

-Excellent analytical and communication skills

-The candidate will be the overall all lead for the Payroll/ Prepaid Card service of the Company. This is an end-to-end task that the candidate should ensure proper deliverables are produced.
