Job description:Requirements: Must be at least a 4-year College graduate. Must have at least 1 year formal experience in sourcing & recruitment. Must possess very good computer skills, types at least 35wpm and highly knowledgeable and experienced using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Google Sheets. Must be familiar with Excel and Google Sheets function lists and formulas. Must be able to effectively prioritize, multi-task and remain focused in a fast-paced environment. Must be organized and be keen to details. Must be willing to work OT, work on holidays and weekends. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and training. Responsibilities: Creating an amount of online ads as determined by their Supervisor Inviting applicants daily and ensure a determined number of show-ups Answering all inquiries from applicants via text or phone or email Conducting initial screening of all new applicants Evaluate applicants based on their communication skills based on a scale 1 10. End to end process. | ||
