The Virtual Assistant (for Patient Satisfaction ) creates a positive patient experience by consistently exceeding expectations in customer service and patient care, by doing clerical and medical activities such as taking patient medical history, scheduling of patient interview, and follow up on patient medications, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

-Graduate of Nursing or any Medical allied course

- English Language proficiency in writing and speaking

- Above average comprehension and analytical skills.

- Excellent hearing acuity or listening skills.

- Efficient knowledge of basic computer and internet applications

- Preferably with customer service experience
