Requirements:

- Must be at least a College grad or College undergrad with BPO experience

- 2 years College undergraduates with no back subjects is accepted

- For PHRN Applicants, must have active PRC license and 1-2 yrs hospital experience

- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Must be willing to work in MOA, Pasay

Responsibilities:

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
