DevOps Engineer Temporary WFH Hybrid Setup Taguig upto 60k

Job Description

Responsible for planning, implementation, and growth of the AWS cloud infrastructures.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipeline of Cloud-based applications in a microservices architecture.

Develop and maintain solutions for system/data backup, disaster recovery and security/performance monitoring.

Collaborates with team members to improve the companys engineering tools, systems and procedures and data security.

Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure.

Recommend process and architecture improvements.

Working on ways to automate and improve release processes.

Ensure necessary system security by using best in class cloud security solutions.

Ensure application and system health by implementing automated monitoring alerts and reports.

Analyze and troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues.

Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to peers.

Requirements

Graduate of BS Computer Science/Computer Engineering or any IT related course.

At least 4-6 years of related working experience in a similar role.

Certified AWS DevOps Engineer is a plus.

Proficient with Gitlab and Gitlab workflows.

Experience with High Availability, Scalability, and Reliability solutions is an advantage

Experience with Containers and Kubernetes is an advantage.

Has hands-on experience in building, designing, and maintaining cloud-based applications with AWS.

Hands-on experience to build and handle VMs, Containers utilizing tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc.

Has experience in network, server and setting up application-status monitoring

Exposure to test driven development using Jenkins and other continuous integration technologies.

Positive attitude and a strong commitment to deliver quality work.

Can work independently.
