Requirements:

Must be at least a High school graduate, College Grads are welcome to apply

With at least 6 to 12 months of BPO experience

Must be amenable for either work from site or work from home setup

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to work in Taguig

Responsibilities:

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

May handle assistance through phone or email.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.
