Requirements:

- Must be at least a High school Graduate, College Grads are welcome to apply

- Preferred with at least 6 months of Call Center Experience, but not required

- No BPO Experience is accepted

- Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

- Must be willing to work in Taguig

Job Responsibilities:

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
