Requirements:

- Must be a High school graduate or college level

- Must have at least 6 months of Call Center Experience

- Excellent English communications skills

- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

- Applicant must be willing to work in Mandaluyong

Responsibilities:

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

- May handle assistance through phone or email.

- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
