Job Qualifications:

- Must completed at least 2 years in College,or College Graduates

- At least 1 year of BPO Call center Experience.

- Excellent English communications skills

- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

- Must be willing to work in Iloilo

Responsibilities:

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products

- May handle assistance through phone or email

- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines

- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions

- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction
