Call Center Agent(csr) - Hs Grads Accepted - Wfh/onsite In Alabang

Requirements:

- Completed at least 2 years in College.

- Must have at least 6 to 12 months of BPO Call center experience.

- No Experience is required for College Graduates.

- Must have excellent to good communication skills.

- Must be amenable on WFH or Onsite setup depends on the company needs.

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing.

- Must be willing to work in Alabang.

Responsibilities:.

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
