Requirements:

- Applicants must be at least High school graduate or College level

- Preferred with 3 to 6 months Call Center (BPO) experience

- Good to Excellent communication skills is a must

- Has a good customer service orientation

- Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs.

- Willing to work in Baguio City

Responsibilities:

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

- Providing excellent customer service 24/7
