Technical Support Representatives - Onsite Work In Pasig Up To 30k

Requirements:

Must completed at HS(Old Curriculum/SHS Graduates), College grads are welcome to apply.

Must have at least 6 - 12 months of Experience as a Technical Support Agent in a BPO or non-BPO industry.

Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills

Must have excellent to good communication skills.

Must be willing to work in Pasig City

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service.

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Describes products and services properly and efficiently

Ensuring customer satisfaction.
