Requirements:

- Must completed at HS(Old Curriculum/SHS Graduates), College grads are welcome to apply.

- Must have at least 6 - 12 months of Experience as a Technical Support Agent in a BPO or non-BPO industry.

- Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills

- Must have excellent to good communication skills.

- Must be willing to work in Pasig City

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service.

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail.

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer.

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Describes products and services properly and efficiently

- Ensuring customer satisfaction.
