Requirements:

- Must be at least a High school graduate

- With at least 3 to 6 months of CSR/TSR Call Center Experience

- Good to Excellent english communications skills

- Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs

- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

- Must be willing to work in Alabang

- Assisting customers by responding to their questions

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner
