Key Duties/Responsibilities

Supporting Video Review Supervisor in overseeing the shift-to-shift operations of client services, its video analysts, and support staff, if any.

Complete incidents with professionalism and ensure that all media matches the report provided.

Ensure that incidents are accurate and completed in a timely manner. Work with Matrix Operators, monitoring leads, and supervisors when incidents are not filled out correctly and with important details.

Working closely with the Stealths Customer Success and IT group in resolving hardware/software issues as they pertain to reviewing footage, SMI information, and Video Review Manager.

Ensuring that all work is done properly, according to company standards, and in a timely manner by those directly under your supervision.

Providing direction, training, guidance, and support to those that fall directly under their supervision.

Ensuring that those who fall directly under your supervision comply with the Company policies and/or any other regulatory act.

Seek opportunities to improve processes.

Providing customer service and working with clients, police, and site managers to identify, validate and/or discuss potential security-related incidences and provide the relevant information to them as quickly as possible.

Sets daily goals, provides oversight of procedures and expectations, engages and coaches video review personnel on incidents, and makes sure emails and miscellaneous tasks are being completed. Video Review Leaders answer to the Video Review Supervisor and/or Manager on Duty.

Supporting Video Review Supervisor in managing client, police, and Account Executive expectations.

Assign video requests and manage queues in real-time.

Maintain consistent and equal leadership in dealing with each Specialist.

Coordinate with Supervisor to maximize resources.

Manage and oversee Video Review emails ensuring a timely response to all parties.

Support Clients in providing video footage in a timely manner.

Provide interim leadership as needed.

Carries out other duties as assigned.

Good working knowledge of MS office software, Geovision, and Detexi.

Self-motivated and committed to constant learning

Ability to analyze and define problems and resolve these in a timely manner

Good oral and written communication skills to support and train staff on technical matters, document policies, and procedures, liaise with clients, etc.

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with a broad range of internal and external parties

Strong organizational skills to set priorities and meet tight deadlines and competing demands.

Ability to maintain confidentiality

Computer literate and excellent knowledge of video monitoring software used

Highly detail-oriented to ensure that all work performed by staff is of the highest quality and meets all internal and external policy and procedural requirements

Can work during weekends, holidays, and in shifting schedules including the night shift.

Amenable to work at Mandurriao, Iloilo City.

Full-time positions are available.
