Subject Matter Expert

Key Responsibilities:

Create centralized and digital daily briefing file/DO.

Email requests for map updates, time issues, and other camera concerns.

In charge of Daily lineup review and the team's attendance.

Attendance coaching.

Handle camera/ pole/ site down protocols, worker confirmation, and open fence/ gate.

Other administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Strong communication skills (verbal and written communications).

Previous experience in a customer service setting, preferably in BPO and North American clients.

Proactive and with high leadership experience.

Able to display and share expertise on monitoring with the team.

Sound decision-making and analytical thinking.

Able to display operations first mindset.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and drive them to resolution.

Keen attention to details

Strong security mindset

Can work during weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules including the night shift.

Amenable to work at Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
