Job description:

I.JOB SUMMARY:

Reporting directly to the HR Director, the Recruitment Manager is responsible for managing the attraction, selection, and on-boarding of desired talents of the Organization. This entails creating innovative hiring initiatives to attract new talents, designing a more efficient recruitment and selection processes, and devising and analyzing metrics that drive and measure the performance of the Recruitment Team.

II.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Updates current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes).

2.Supervises the recruiting team and report on its performance.

3.Keeps track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).

4.Implements new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).

5.Reviews recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.

6.Researches and chooses job advertising options.

7.Advises hiring managers on interviewing techniques.

8.Recommends ways to improve our employer brand.

9.Coordinates with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.

10.Stays up-to-date on labor legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.

11.Participates in job fairs and career events.

12.Builds the companys professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.

13.General responsibilities:

a.Leads, manages and ensures high performance within the Recruitment team in line with the Companys values and management principles, ensuring that all programs are aligned with the Recruitment and Selection goals of the Company

b.Manages and be accountable for the Recruitment and Selection budget.

c.Ensures that the Recruitment and Selection function is administered efficiently and effectively.

d.Prepares timely memos to all stakeholders relating to the ongoing Recruitment projects handled by HR and its status.

e.Monitors developments of all existing Recruitment projects and prepares the corresponding status reports.

f.Monitors his key performance indicators to achieve the targets set.
