Requirements:

- Must be at least a High school Graduate, College grads are welcome to apply

- With at least 3 to 6 months of BPO Call center experience

- Must have excellent to good communication skills

- Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

- Must be willing to work in MOA, Pasay

Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service

- Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

- Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

- Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

- Describes products and services properly and efficiently

- Ensuring customer satisfaction
