With at least 1 year of BPO Experience is required

Must have excellent to good communication skills

Knowledgeable in MS Office and internet browsing

Must be willing to work in McKinley, Taguig

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Describes products and services properly and efficiently

Ensuring customer satisfaction
