HR Expert Staff in Clark Pampanga

Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree holder of Human Resources, Psychology, and or any business related courses

-Has more than 5 years extensive background in handling talent acquisition and employee relations

-Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various techniques and strategies

-Adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner

-Experience in handling disciplinary cases and employee engagement activities is preferred

-Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems

-Knowledge in data analytics and HRIS is an advantage

-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and other related software applications

-Able to analyze data and translate to HR strategies is an advantage
