-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

-Able to develop software using object-oriented programming languages such as C++, C#, and/or VB.Net, PHP, Java

-Has the ability to adapt to changing requirements and able to learn business processes

-Good in problem solving, with high level of curiosity and acute critical thinking

-Ability to work independently or with a team
