Temporary Hybrid Work Schedule (2 days WFH / 3 days Office based)

Qualifications:

Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or in Human Resource Management or equivalent.

Must have 5 years solid experience in full cycle recruitment.

Excellent skills in technical recruitment, executive search, and target selection.

Strong ability to conduct competency-based interviews.

Ability to organize and effectively conduct skills-based assessment tests.

A quality over quantity approach to sourcing and recruiting.

Extremely organized and communicative. Ability to speak confidently about the companys business model and vision.

Capable of working in a time-driven environment and focus on delivering projected results.

Excellent English communication skills is required.
