Requirements:

- Must be at least a High school graduate

- With at least 3 months of BPO Call Center Experience

- Excellent English communications skills

- Must be willing to work at the office or WFH based on company business needs

- Good computer navigational skills on multiple systems

- Must be willing to work in Eastwood or Cubao

Responsibilities:

- Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products

- May handle assistance through phone or email

- Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines

- Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions

- Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction
