Foodserver/ Cashier

1. Follow procedures on the standard serving of all products.

2. Participate in the checking, monitoring and maintaining the general cleanliness, sanitation of the

dining and service areas observing the CayGo system at all times.

3. Give feedback and updates regarding supply inventory and par stock level, and consistently follows

the FIFO System.

4. Implement marketing promos.

5. Report furniture and store fixtures needing repair.

6. Religiously attend daily briefing prior to start off shift.

7. Provide service excellence to the customer consistently.

Specific Responsibilities

1. Receives customers at the entrance and leads them to the dining area.

2. Set up and busses the tables in the dining area.

3. Presents and collects the bill and payment from the customer.

4. Maintains the cleanliness of the dining area from the customer.

5. Ensures that change fund is intact in POS Register

6. Receives payments for ordered items from dining crew

7. Encodes order in the POS

8. Processes the bill payments, gives exact change and issues the Official Receipt to the attending

dining crew for release to the customer.

9. Prepares the Daily Cashiers Report

10. Ensures cleanliness of the cashier section

11. Assists other dining personnel

12. Performs other tasks as may be required by the Supervisor/ Management

Qualifications and Required Skills:

1. Highly-personable with strong oral communication skill.

2. With at least 6-months experience in the same capacity gained from the same industry or any customer-focused environment.

3. Amiable personality, cheerful disposition and genuine passion in the customer service.

4. At least second year college education or graduate of any 2-year or 4-year associate or business-related courses.

5. A team player and can work with minimal supervision.
