Brand Officer

We are looking for a Brand Officer to assist the Business Development/Marketing and Brand Manager to develop and execute marketing objectives, plans and programs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Media Marketing Plan - Planning, implementation and project portfolio management/prioritization Managing competitive intelligence and advocacy efforts which heavily involves digital promotions, partnerships, and other marketing initiatives.

Independently Developed and managed multiple successful PR initiatives including Press Releases through magazines, newspapers, and social media; by developing partnerships through a network of not limited to media influencers, but also with top tier companies.

Spearheading event launches of our exclusive fragrance/beauty brands.

Directly coordinating with company suppliers for the print ads, visuals, and merchandising guidelines. Making sure that all procurement matters concerning marketing, will be effectively mapped on timelines.

Coordinating with the printing suppliers for the marketing requirements, in-store, in-mall and outdoor ads.

Internal and external coordination on events. Seeing to it that the hired agency implements the idea generated and presented; as well as coordinating with operations and merchandising departments for the promotional materials.

Coordinated with the website developer, contributing in ideations on the final company website.

Spearheading digital promotions for all the brands that the company carries.

Managing Social Media Accounts for retail fragrance stores, Art of Scent, Fresh, Perfume Express, and companys main account, Scent & Beaute Inc.

Supported due diligence on affiliation processes, development of presentations, which are strategically relevant for the company.

Closely coordinated with different principal

Handles the following Brands: Ralph Lauren, Loreal, Mugler, Azzarro, Prada, Valentino, Diesel etc.
