Job Qualifications:

Must completed at least 12 years of education (2nd year College minimum or finished Grade 12).

6 months GDS or Travel account Experience within the last 12 months is required.

At least 6 months experience in handling a Travel Account.

Experience in Airline Industry and/or Travel Industry Support.

Good listening, verbal and written communication skills

Must be willing to work ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

Answering inquiries and complaints via phone or e-mail

Assisting customers by responding to their questions

Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner

Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer

Providing excellent customer service 24/7
