Job description:Requirements: Must completed at least 2 years in College with an IT-related course preferred. Must have at least 1 year experience as a Technical Support Agent in a BPO or non-BPO industry. Experience in Network engineer, IT Network support, Technical support engineer or CCNA Certified IT grads are preferred. - Solid technical and diagnostic skills with tested problem-solving skills Must have excellent to good communication skills. Must be willing to work in Pasig. Responsibilities: Troubleshoots and resolves customer related concerns about a product or service. Answering inquiries and complaints via phone, chat or e-mail. Giving the best solution based on details provided by customer. Handling complaints in a patient and effective manner Describes products and services properly and efficiently Ensuring customer satisfaction. | ||
