Finished 2 years in college with no back subject

Atleast 1 year of BPO experience in Travel account must have used Apollo/Sabre GDS

Requirements:

Must completed at least 2 years in College.

Must have at least 1 year of call center experience handling Travel account, inclusive of 1 year GDS Sabre & Apollo experience.

Knowledge of fares, airlines contracts, manual computation, rules & regulations and ticketing procedures for Airlines, Hotels and Ground transportation.

Must be willing to work in Pasay.

Willing to start immediately.

Job Description:

Providing day-to-day customer service support to customers needs based on client account services or products.

May handle assistance through phone, email or chat.

Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

Ensuring quality support and customer satisfaction.
