- Vocational / Technical/ Business School Graduate

- Minimum one (1) to three (3) years of working experience as QA Inspector in Manufacturing Industry

- Inspections Skills

- Accurate testingskills

- Knowledge in quality control, total quality management, quality auditing and planning, interpreting technical/ mechanical documentation and quality improvement.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Conduct quality of inspection, testing and measurements of product being produced in thermoforming, extrusion, grinding, injection, printing and repacking section base on routine procedure and standards.

2. Identifies and outright remove or reject all products and materials that fall from standard procedures and specifications.

3. Monitors operations to ensure that they meet product and process standards notifies supervisors when standard deviation occur.

4. Control and documents any deviations, non- conformance and any failure in compliance with standards.

5. Evaluates, inspect all incoming materials and generates report and not and notifies the suppliers for non- conforming materials through Corrective Action Report (CAR).

6. Assist, conduct, monitor and evaluate new product and material sampling.

7. Re- inspect returned product from customer to identify the extent of non- conformity and releasing of evaluation report for final disposition.

8. Conduct root cause analysis related to customers complaint, non- conforming product, deviation of standards and help to analyze and correct production problems.9. Prepares documents requested by customers like certificate of inspection (COI) , Certificate of analysis (COA), Material safety data sheet (MSDS) and other report related to quality assurance.

10. Prepares advance sample item and customers required documents.

11. Initiates to update specifications and standards when needed through instruction process change (IPC)

12. Generates inspection reports.

13. Discuss daily activities and inspections results through proper turn over in daily toolbox meeting and documentation to QA logbook.

14. Performed on traceability of non- conforming product through product and mock recall procedure .

15. Verifies pull-out weight verification and cost weight verification through checking of actual run .

16. Prepares required sample for BFAD certification.

17. Conduct Awareness to production personnel when issue arises.

18. Issuance of call slip and 6M deviation to non-conformance in plant standards.

19. Attend in any company rules and regulation.

20. Responsible for safety, orderliness and cleanliness in working area.

21. Perform assigned task from time to time.

22. Checking of waste monitoring forms submitted by Scrap Inspector.

23. Daily conducts compliance and GMP Audit to Production Area.
