MUST HAVE 5 YEARS RELATED EXPERIENCE

The Maintenance Head shall be in charge of the maintenance of all equipment, machines, and tools of the company. The Line Maintenance Head shall perform engineering duties in planning and designing projects and manufacturing systems to achieve an optimum production run with minimal downtime.

Qualifications:

-Graduate of Engineering an experience with maintenance of equipement in manufacturing plant set-up is preferred.

-Knowledge in production process is an advantage

-Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer

-Detail oriented and self motivated work style

-Can adapt to different working environment

-Must be able to produce results even under pressure

-Technical ability as well as the proven capability to lead temas and manage projects.

-Demonstrate a good understanding of machine maintenance manufacturing principles.

Job Description:

-Ensures efficiency and safety of machines monthly by ensuring that Preventive Maintenance is scheduled and done as planned.

-Monitors performance of all Line Maintenance by submission of Downtime reports and verifies that maintenance schedules are done as planned.

-Heads investigations and root cause analysis of equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation and resolve system malfunctions.

-Coordinates preventive maintenance schedule with production, spareparts and management to ensure that PM Plan is followed.

-Monitors and keeps recorsds of Machine Maintenance

-Oversees installation and operation of machine. Reads and interprets technical drawings.

-Modifies system components to improve performance of the machine as approved by management

-Create, update and maintain detailed user manual per machine/mechanical and electrical diagrams

-Educate Engineering department regarding Machine SOP's and Safety Requirements.

-Other duties that may be assigned.
