Job description:

-Inspects building structures and properties regularly to identify defective components and to ensure any potential

hazards are corrected, repaired or eliminated

-Organizes property move-in and move-outs or relocating property furniture or equipment

-Ensures compliance with any and all applicable government regulations

-Updates and maintains book of accounts (Journals and ledgers), and other records detailing financial business

transactions (e.g. disbursements, receipts, accounts payable), with the use of MIA.

-Prepares and verifies accuracy of accounting documents/reports or records.


-Bachelors Degree in Accountancy

-Preferably Male

-Preferably with experience in leasing and real estate

-Thrives on working in a fast paced environment, adaptable to change

-With strong interpersonal skills

-Strong verbal and written communication skills

-Strong organization skills

-Ability to work independently and take initiative, set priorities and see projects through to completion
