Creatives Manager

BASIC FUNCTION

Responsible for managing and supervising the work of a pool of multimedia artists with the primary objective of serving the Companys creative and design requirements.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conceptualizes and designs creative materials (e.g. print/multimedia ads, collaterals, signage, dcor, etc.) for the various departments of the Company.

2. Conceptualizes and writes copy of ads, brochures, presentations and other collaterals.

3. Directs and supervises work prepared by multimedia artists and checks/approves their output.

4. Conceptualization and Supervision of the art, design, and content of the company website and other related digital media assets such as outdoor LEDs, Tvs, etc.

5. Monitors the consistency of design and content of the Araneta City Website, Its concerts and events, its outdoor, print, and digital media installations.

6. Prepares Major Presentations using appropriate media.

7. Coordinates and liaises with Purchasing and suppliers with regards to the design specifications and timely delivery of creative materials.

8. Reviews creative materials submitted for study by advertising agencies and communicates back comments and suggested revisions.

9. Coordinates with broadsheets/publications regarding timely delivery of ad materials.

10. Handles the design, layout and editing of the Companys official newsletter/bulletin.

11. Mentors creative personnel on principles of art, content and design.

12. Initiates internal group training for artistic and creative growth.

13. Performs other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Group Head.
