Job Summary

1. Analyze, design, develop, and deploy IT system requirements

2. Guarantee acceptable availability of IT systems

3. Provide solutions and work arounds to encountered issues involving IT systems

4. Provide recommendations to improve existing systems or to acquire new systems

5. Act as liaison to vendors during evaluation and acquisition of IT systems

6. Provide support to operations and management to ensure the objectives of the company are not hampered by any IT-related issue

7. Produce customer reports

8. Automate processes

Qualifications

*Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent.

*At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the aforementioned job description
