HR Officer in Lawang Bato Valenzuela 20k
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AS GENERALIST, DISCIPLINARY ACTION, PAYROLL, AGENCY COORDINATION AND HANDLED ATLEAST 5 PEOPLE
-Bachelors Degree Graduate in Psychology or Behavioral Science.
-Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in HR functions with emphasis on Benefits and Compensation, Recruitment and Training.
-Human Resources Management.
-Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Communication Processes.
-Compensation and Wage Structure.
-Supports Diversity and Classifying Employees.
-Knowledge in Employment Law.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Ensures adherence of employees to established rules, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth flow of operations and disciplined work environment.
-Monitors manpower requirements, absenteeism, performance, and attrition rate.
-Assists HR Manager in maintaining and periodically reviews job descriptions to optimize the utilization of manpower more fairly and effectively.
-Updates employees job description on a regular basis, assists department managers in the preparation of job descriptions for new positions and recommended new organizational structure.
-Maintains, updates, and consolidates plants organizational chart/ table of organization.
-Consolidates semi- annual performance evaluation results of all employees and prepares performance evaluation reports.
-Monitors and coordinates employee compliance on company rules, policies, procedures and HR systems to avoid employees relations problem.
-Prepares and issues notice to explain to erring plant direct employees.
-Assists immediate superior in handling employee concerns particularly grievance and disciplinary processes counsels parties and prepares accurate documentation.
-Issues of performance evaluation for 3rd and 5th month.
-Counsels employees on matters relating to work or personal concerns affecting performance when even appropriates.
-Provides coaching to staff and workers to performance related concerns and improve skills.
-Assists Compensation and Benefits Lead in the administration of the benefits programs such as health insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, perfect attendance and others, particularly for those direct plant based employees.
-Assists team in employee activities e.g. Sports, Christmas Party, Company Outing etc.
