Compensation and Benefits Manager Opening Metro Manila 2021
Design and implement compensation and benefits plans and policies to deliver market competitive programs that meet the banks needs.
Responsible in analysing the compensation and benefits of each position based in the local market and be able to conduct job evaluation annually.
Perform as the point of escalation to resolve complex issues relating to benefits and rewards programs where precedents may not exist
Design the merit increase, promotion and evaluation policies of the bank.
Oversee the Annual Evaluation Review process covering decisions on employee performance, promotion, merit increase, talent and succession, and total benefits.
Develop and lead the implementation of local benefits and rewards projects, including automation projects relating to compensation and benefits processes
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent.
Working in the Head/Main Office HR Department of top 10 Local Banks or Foreign Banks in the Philippines is required in this position.
Extensive experience of at least 5 to 8 years in the field of Human Resources specifically in Compensation and Benefits or in Total Rewards facets.
Adept knowledge in performance evaluation, merit increase scheme and promotion procedure.
Experience in coordinating with the HR Consulting companies or with the same project related to the work description is required.
