Job description:BASIC FUNCTION SAP Support is responsible for managing SAP incidents and providing first line of support. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Provides 1st and 2nd level support to SAP end users either via phone or email. Modules covered include FI, CO, SD, RE, PM, MM, PS. 2. Conducts SAP User Training 3. Executes SAP approved system configuration. 4. Provides assistance to functional engineers in designing and validating business processes, preparation of functional specifications and implementation of SAP-related enhancements and programs. | ||
| Min. Qualification | : | College graduate, Must have at least 2 years of SAP support experience to SAP end users either via phone or email. Modules covered include FI, CO, SD, RE, PM, MM, PS. |
