Contact Center Operations Manager 2021 Opening

Job Scope:

Oversee and direct daily business operations for optimum efficiency.

Perform weekly meetings with operations staff to discuss metrics and deliverables.

Gather, review, and analyse reports, records, and data to ensure that all quality, efficiency, and productivity standards are met.

Strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills.

Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5-7 years BPO/ Bank managerial experience; and at least 8-10 years BPO/ Bank overall experience

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

Has experience in managing supervisors, clusters of call centre agents

Experience in managing multiple products, processes and partners/stakeholders

Willing to work on night shifts, shifting schedules, holidays and weekends

Must have a solid experience in Banking and Financial accounts
