SCOPE OF WORK:

Meeting or exceeding sales goals

Understanding and promoting products

Track all sales activities in company EOS system, updating data regularly

Answer customers questions and providing the best advice

Present, recommend and sell products

Perform benefit and needs analysis of customers to meet their needs (what they should buy)

Meet and coordinate with other agents and or departments to optimize sales efforts

Able to recognize buying triggers/signals to transition to sale

Recognize, document, and alert the team/management of trends, issues, etc

Qualifications

Were looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

A commitment to excellent customer service

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Superb impersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with customers

Experience with Google Docs, Sheets

Fast learner

1-3 years (minimum of phone /person sales experience

Strong background in Car Parts Sales
