TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER:

Job Description:

Develop corporate talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans.

Develop a recruitment strategy. This may include job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning etc.

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles with the organization.

Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.

Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.

Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interview, screening calls, etc.)

Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience.

Assists in employee retention and development.

Job Qualifications:

BS/BA in Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant field.

At least 8 years total experience in recruitment.

At least 5 years of total experience in management roles.

Knowledgeable in the US recruiting system and/or Healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Strong leadership and collaboration skills, must have the ability to influence without authority.

Experience in managing teams globally is a strong plus.

Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.

Proficient in the use of social media and job boards.

Ability to maintain confidentiality.
