Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles.

You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best professionals. Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.

To provide an end-to-end IT technical recruitment service to the Company.

Create, write, and advertise technical job descriptions based on client needs.

Sources qualified candidates for technical and niche positions using: Jobstreet, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other/additional relevant job portals.

Communicates with candidates and performs pre-screening interviews, face-to-face / online interviews, status updates and job offer discussions.

Processes hiring-related administrative tasks.

Advises management on better recruitment processes, strategies, and overall improvement of the recruitment team.

Provide daily and weekly recruitment reports.

Perform other HR-related tasks, if needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in any course, preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, Human Resources

Must have 1 year of Technical Recruiter experience

For Lead Recruiter role, must have at least 3-5 years of technical recruitment and with experience leading a team

Experience in end-to-end technical recruitmentis a must

Knowledgeable in different technical skills

Good communication skills (oral and written)

Must have experience working in a Manpower/HR Consultancy industry

Must have experience in various methods of creative internet sourcing to include: blog, social and professional networking sites, the use of Boolean search logic, and etc.

Must havetheability to handle pressure, targets and quotas

Able to accomplish weekly and monthly reports

Strong organizational skills, including time managementand multi-tasking

Self-starter, A Team player. Can easily adapt to changes and innovation

Ability to work under minimal supervision

Willing to work in Pasig Cityonce GCQ is lifted
