Filipino Citizen fluent in Mandarin / Chinese language

-College Graduates of a Bachelors Degree
-Fluent Chinese and English and the ability to communicate daily with clients in Chinese and English
-Amenable working on shifting schedule, holidays, weekends & extended work hours
-At least 6Year(s) of working experience in software customer service and 3 years experience in customer service management
-Know SaaS industry.
-Be able to do QA to customer service team
-Familiar with live chat or ticketing system.
-Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
-Receive customers requests byonline chat or email, analyzes requests, provides information or routes request to proper person.
-Manage the customer service team and do daily performance check to the team
-Be able to handle customer complaint and other urgent issues.
-Be able to arrange shift according to business needs.
-Be responsible for team rating and NPS from customer
