At least 3 years experience and Fluent in speaking Mandarin

Experience with Customer service

Caller's personality is crazy preferred

hungry for money ( KPI to motivate the caller)

Can start ASAP

Night Shift, Holidays and weekend

Job Description:

Contact prospective customers by both telephone, email, chat or social media.

Create, maintain and update database of customers with complete information and emails.

Consolidate existing customer base while building new customer base.

Vet lead list for warm and cold leads

Identify prospects that fit the target demographic.

Record outbound call hist01Y and customers response in detail.

Ensure customer follow-up all the time.

Send or email product literature. brochures, catalogs and other campaign material.

Use product knowledge to showcase the solutions that our company can offer to prospects.

Use database, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.

Report daily & weekly sales goals and objectives to the management team.
