Job Responsibilities

Responsible for identifying an area of opportunity within a company and implementing processes to change its performance for the better

Overseeing all aspects of the company, implementing any procedural change necessary, and improving how the people in the company perform through measurable improvements.

Identify and define the key performance metrics for a process.

Work collaboratively with senior functional business leaders, program managers, subject matter

experts, and frontline team members across the organization, to build a business and functional requirements.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Any course, big advantage if IT-related courses.

At least 5-10 years of working experience in Transformation Process Management, Project Management, Quality Management, or related field is required for this position.

Have knowledge of continuous improvement disciplines (i.e. Lean Six Sigma) with practical

application experience, in order to show measurable improvements to process performance, cost

reduction and improved customer satisfaction

Experience in the development of training and communicating process changes to an organization

Must have the following skills: IT Domain Knowledge, Problem Solving, Communication, Documentation and Presentation, Estimation.
