Urgent! Virtual Patient Coordinator

Elite Med Listings in San Juan Capistrano, CA is looking for one tier one -appointment qualifiers to join our 18 people strong team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and reliable.

Flat Rate per call PLUS extra bonus for escalated qualified appointments OR hourly rate

Responsibilities-

Outbound/Inbound phone call appointment qualification escalating to Sr. Patient Coordinator

Must be trainable - able to read, study, and get started right away

No cold calling. All patients have sent inquiries to the practices.

Must have a headset and a quiet place to work NO EXCEPTIONS

At least 1 year exp as an appointment setter preferably with sales and customer service background in a BPO setting -

Must have internet speed of at least 20MBPS with noise cancellation headset.

Guaranteed weekly pay direct deposit through Payoneer.

Flexible to work during US Pacific Time and Eastern Time.

Good communication skills in English
