1) Organization of the work of customer support service

2) Drawing up technical specifications for the implementation of customer support software for developers

3) Development of KPI, control of the work of customer support service employees

4) Increase in the customer loyalty index, return, customer satisfaction.

5) Budgeting customer support service, optimization and cost reduction.

6) Assistance in solving complex customer issues

7) General management of employees, training, scheduling, attendance control, payroll.

8) Preparation of reports on the activities of the customer support service to the higher management.

Min. Qualification:College graduate, Working in a Call Center is a plus
