Job description:

Candidate must posses at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering; Business Studies/Administration Management or equivalent.

At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required in this position.

Preferably 1-4 Yrs experienced Employee specialized in Building Administration / Management or equivalent.

Willing to report to work immediately

Amendable to work in Quezon City

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administer, physically maintain and manage the general upkeep of the common areas and amenities of the subject property.

Deploy the required administrative and technical staff for the management of the property for 24/7 building operations.

Develop and maintain a responsive resource management program that will be cost-efficient in utilization and allocation of resource such as labor, materials utilities, etc. without sacrificing quality service and amenities.

Secure all necessary permits and license necessary for the operation of the building.

Review, develop and implement the property house rules and regulations as well as provision of the property's Master Deed with Declaration of Restrictions, including but not limited to Fit-out Guidelines, Work Requisition Systems, etc.

Monitor all fit-outs/renovations of units to ensure compliance with the Fit-Out Guidelines.

Handle all complaints and suggestions of Tenants regarding the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the property.

Orient tenants and train their staff on the implementation of the building house rules and regulations.

Ensure excellent customer service to all tenants

Conduct fire drills at least once a year in coordination with the Bureau of Fire Protection.

Develop emergency preparedness and safety plan in coordination with the unit owner and/or tenants.

Supervision of subcontracted manpower and maintenance service providers.

Manage and maintain customer and tenants relations.

Records and files keeping.

Full benefit of advice, experience and expertise as Property Manager.

Require and Coordinate with the Pest Control contractor for the design of a detailed pest management program.
