Job description:Job Description We urgently hiring for Mandarin Translator to be assigned at Balesin Island, Quezon Province. Duties and Responsibilities: Assists hotel guests and act as a tour guide during their stay Oversee the administrative functions in the hotel; housekeeping, and other admin roles. Handles complaints and questions of hotel guests Interpret conversation from mandarin to english and vice versa when needed Assists Hotel Staff in hotel operations Establish a healthy relationship with the Management of the Island Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that hotel guest requests are delivered timely and with quality. Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Can communicate fluently in Mandarin language Proven experience in translating job/service Willing to be assigned in Balesin Island, food and accommodation are provided Driving skill is an advantage Can start ASAP (35 years old below) | ||
